Blaireau's Brasserie and bar situated in the grounds of Careys Manor Hotel and Spa, is one of the New Forest's leading brasseries offering an informal, entertaining and enjoyable French dining experience.

This unique restaurant offers a Parisien atmosphere, the restaurant manager and the chef, work closely to ensure that from the moment you walk through the door until the moment you receive “l'addition”, you will find it hard to believe you are still in the New Forest!

Le Blaireau is open 7 days a week:

Monday to Sunday: 10:00am – 12:00 Noon morning Tea/coffee
Monday to Sunday: 12:00 Noon – 2:00pm Lunch
Sunday to Thursday: 7:00pm – 9.45pm Dinner
Friday to Saturday: 6:30pm – 9.45pm Dinner

Le Blaireau is the perfect venue for any large party, gathering or special occasion. Richard Naulleau our Maitre d' and his dedicated team are happy to cater for large group bookings, private dining and functions. Choose to eat in our main restaurant or if you would like a more exclusive venue why not book our La Rue, this unique room is themed as a Parisien street and offers the perfect backdrop to make any function go with that extra Va Va Voom!

Blaireaus will be closed on Sunday evenings and Monday lunchtimes from Sunday 21^st February up until and including Monday 22^nd March. Easter is the following weekend and we will return to normal opening hours for the rest of the year.
