Blaireau's Brasserie and bar, situated in the grounds of Careys Manor Hotel and Spa, is one of the New Forest's leading brasseries offering an informal, entertaining and enjoyable French dining experience. This unique restaurant offers a Parisian atmosphere; Stephane KUPPERT, the restaurant manager, and the chef, Jim WRIGHT, work closely to ensure that from the moment you walk through the door until the moment you receive "l'addition", you will find it hard to believe you are still in the New Forest!

This jewel in the forest offers a wide range of dishes from French classics to "nouvelle cuisine"; all based on organic and free-range products. Specials are designed each day by our chefs depending on the fresh goods of the market.

The team will be delighted to welcome you "á la française" style every day of the week from 10am for coffee followed by lunch (12.00pm / 2.00pm) and diner (6.45pm / 9.45pm). Our terraces will make you feel like in the south of France, under the vines, during summer.

The restaurant has capacity for private parties up to 18 people in a private function room "la rue", and group bookings & Christmas functions up to 100 people in the restaurant.
